Conventional oil changes are best for budget-minded maintenance, however will need to be changed every 3000-5000 miles and we suggest even more frequent in hotter weather, if the vehicle has been used for towing, or has been used for frequent short trips in which sludge can build up. Ask your tech about upgrading to full synthetic oil to lengthen the span in which oil changes are needed and also protect the inner components of your engine. Be aware that some vehicles require synthetic oil and this will be stated in the owner’s manual and in various places on the vehicle. There will be a $7.00 charge per quart of oil exceeding the 5 quarts included in this service.
